Digital downloads
Because these are digital files delivered instantly, they cannot be returned once downloaded, and all sales are final. Before paying you are asked to confirm that you agree to immediate delivery and understand that this ends your right of withdrawal, as EU consumer law allows.
That said — if something is wrong, I will fix it
If a file will not download, will not open, is missing pages, has an error, or is not what the product page described, write to hello@maisonprive.sk within 30 days with your order number and, if you can, a screenshot. I will send a corrected file, and if I cannot fix it, I will refund you in full. This is not a formality; it is how I want to run this business.
What is not refundable
A change of mind after downloading, buying the wrong product by mistake (write to me anyway — I will usually swap it), or not having a printer or a compatible tablet app. The formats are listed on every product page.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of being agreed.
Bespoke work for creators
Bespoke commissions are covered by their own written agreement, not by this policy.
